Formed after Paul Di'Anno's first post-Iron Maiden solo album (as Di'Anno). The band shares many members with Di'Anno's next project, Killers. Battlezone effectively changed its name to Killers, then back to Battlezone in the late '90s, though they are considered separate bands.
